From what I can understand, the downtown one is going to be 3 levels so I anticipate it's going to be a good size. Unless Simon's did a smaller-concept store by leaving out their home section, I can't see the Target spaces being big enough based on the average size of their stores I've been to in Quebec and Edmonton. To be honest, if they did put a smaller store in, I'd probably be disappointed because the amount of selection is what I love about Simon's. I can always spend a good two hours in the Edmonton store just shopping the women's section and I usually leave with a good haul for a decent price.
