If he does break the Honda Centre curse, Hartley should just play him all the way to the end of the season and the playoff.
Seriously though, I am loving the confidence on Joni Ortio. Those glove saves are incredible and he seems unfazed with what is going on in front of him. He rarely gets out of position. I love it!! Ortio is giving Hartley lots of reason to keep playing him and keep him in the NHL. I got the feeling that Ramo might be over 90% healthy now but Flames management is not in a rush to activate him until he is 100% healthy or until Ortio lose badly. Hopefully Jonas Hiller is paying attention really well or maybe he is wondering what the heck is going on. He is feeling deja vu. He lost his starting position to a couple of rookie goaltenders and now another rookie is making him sit on the bench 4 games now or maybe 5 in a row next game.
What a physical game!! Where are those posters that keeps saying Flames are too small and won't be able to survive against big boys from San Jose, LA and Anaheim. Monahan is getting hot now and Backlund is getting better and better as season goes. We just need to get Mason Raymond and David Jones to start producing and we are good.
