Fox and Del Rio were awful coaches and Kubiak is going to be a huge upgrade. The Broncos underachieved a lot this year and still won the AFC west easily.
They'll win the division again next year and make a run at the Super Bowl and certainly be more prepared in the playoffs if nothing else.
The 49ers might not be worse next season since they set the bar so low this year. That was an awful team.

Not sure where you think this upgrade from Fox to Kubiak comes from...certainly their history doesn't suggest it.
