I don't see why Raymond is less expendable than the other guys you mentioned even if he is more talented. That's part of the problem. He's overpaid and underperforms. His sole benefit to the team is if he produces offensively and I think he could be replaced by a number of players on the farm. And I don't see how he sticks around although I agree he was a bit better last game.
