I think Seattle takes the Super Bowl. New England has gotten this far by being a good passing team, and beating teams with mediocre secondaries. Seattle's secondary is elite and shouldn't have too much problem shutting down the Pats' small WRs. Gronk is a bit of a wild card but I think Chancellor and Thomas are likely up to the task. The Baltimore game showed you can run on New England, and Seattle's run game is better than Baltimore's.
