Yeah i was gonna say....best of 3 is the norm not the exception.
I will say that the '87 final best of 3 was the single most compelling and entertaining hockey i have watched in all my years of following this great game. I didnt think anything would rival the 72 summit series games, but that years Canada Cup smoked it. Still the most fun watching hockey to this day.
