Agree in this case...live and let live as long as both are doing what they want and keeping their nose's clean.

Ray McDonald was never found guilty of any of his crimes (other than his latest one which is still being investigated). And the 49ers released him because of his actions so that solves that.
Aldon Smith had a drinking problem, which he went into rehab for and has seemingly corrected. Humans make mistakes, famous or not.
And I didn't mean "scummy" as in "legal" issues. I just meant the Seahawks employ people who are easy to hate.
Sherman is obviously the easy one. The guy doesn't know what the word humble means. The Hawks players are just extremely cocky and show no respect. Sherman, Lynch, Thomas, Pete Carrol (Vigneaut, Burrows, Kesler, Bieksa). They're all just so cocky and classless.
No trolling at all here. Yes any fan of a rival team is gonna dislike the opposition. Its just the same situation as Flames fans hating the Canucks. They're so easy to hate (and its just not just flames fans, fans across the league hate Vancouver.)
I just find Seattle eerily similar to Vancouver, right down to their jersey colours and team personnel, they're just in different sports leagues.

Letting Aldon Smith play in a game 2 days after he drove to practice in the morning still drunk and hit a tree was questionable from the organization.
Listen to more than the post game 49ers interview; Sherman talks to the media every week, and has some pretty thoughtful things to say, in addition to being highly respectful of most opponents (Bryant, Fitzgerald, Rodgers this year to name a few). Not sure where you get the "lack of respect' tag for Lynch, Thomas and Carroll; again take a listen week in and week out (ok not to Lynch) and not sure where you get the "lack of respect"; its just those are damn good players that play for a coach who's energy and enthusiasm is infectious, fairly pretty unique and not just for show.
Do some of those guys and the team have some swagger out there? Absolutely; certainly on defense, ashaving the best defense statistically in they key categories in the league the last 2 years will do that; as soon as they got a pass rush to go along with the athletic LB's and shutdown secondary after losing to ATL 2 years ago, they've been dominant.
Your "jerseys color (Hartfords's 1992 blue jerseys are actually closer to the Seawhawks current shade

) and some players I don't like" argument as why you don't like the team may work for convenient for you and other 49er/Flames fans, and that's fine as part of the rivalry of fans, but IMO the jersey colors are about it, as far as the comparison between the franchises, their successes, and their in-league perceptions, go.
