My examples would be Colorado and Oregon. Being originally from the Netherlands legalizing marijuana makes sense.The money accumulated from sales is equal or 2x greater than alcohol. Colorado has chiosrn the tax the receive to boost education. Colorado's crime rate since legalization has plummeted .
In California medical use is legal and under a once is $100 fine . They are not a praise worthy system as the above mentioned tho.
