I agree with pretty much everything you said as well as what neo said. I think the situation as a GM that he came into was really great, it wasn't high pressure and he really can let things play out without having to make reactionary moves (e.g. big trade to push for the playoffs this season). The jury is out, but I'm happy with how things have been going for sure!
