I thought they'd give him some farm time, but the way Treliving was talking they watched the kid a lot, then met and built in a view of him that wouldn't change either way from 3 or 4 more games on the farm.
They liked him. They traded for him. Now they've recalled him. Can't waiver now.
Bottom line ... if he doesn't fit they deal him from the NHL roster or just lose a fourth round pick (to acquire Knight) for their efforts.
