Addressing Backlund's injuries: none of them seem to have changed his style of play. It's not as though he's had loads of concussions or horrific knee injuries. All he needs is luck to stay healthy for the rest of the season.
He deserves to stay around long-term. He deserves to wear an A. He typifies Hartley's up-tempo, high-pressing game and he has a touch of offensive class to boot.
