Total Wipe Out gets broken down into naturally occuring compounds by stuff in the soil, so there's no issues with planting stuff where you've used it. Especially not after a year or so when you'll put in a lawn. Weed Annihilator works good to, but I found it to be sort of slow and takes a lot of reapplication but gets the job done eventually. You can definatly take kens suggestion if you're leary about high-potency killers. You're not in any rush.
