I'm not re-reading the whole article to see if anything has changed but at the time I made that post I believe the story was that she WASN'T drunk, she WASN'T at fault and she WAS acquitted of all charges and despite that the family kept coming after her so she was counter-suing.

If that's still the case then I stand by my post. If you keep tying someones life up and keep going after them, expect the same in return.
