Ramo was great last half of last season, and at the beginning of this season. However, IMO Hiller looked steadier for the rest of this season. When Hiller started to slide I wondered if Ramo would regain his steadiness and take over again, but it didn't happen. Then Ramo got sick and then injured. But in the game he got injured he wasn't looking great either.

That pretty much sums up the debate.
Neither goalie is a top level starter. For both, sometimes they look great and sometimes they don't.
So I don't really care which one they keep. My preference is driven by the fact that I think they would get more for Hiller (because of his track record), especially if they retained salary.
