They need to be detained, charged with conspiracy to commit a crime and face a trial. They willing planned to break international laws. They should be face trial. If I conspire to commit unlawful acts I would be detained ,investigated and may face criminal charges. To keep them in the country without major restraints is reckless.
The shooters in france in this case were French Nationals . They even had a history with police and this did not stop them from a horrid act of Violence.
Keeping people in a country with out legal action when It has already been determined the are a threat on an international level of law is very short sighted.
Don't you think that this only infuriates the men detained further? Not only are they posses off at who the wanted to fight against now in their own heads there mad at their own government that kept them from fighting.
