I'm fine with the notice, even if I think they're ridiculous. But they're going way beyond the notices, and the changing of the law to force ISPs to pass along all violations is an obvious ploy by the MPAA and other boneheaded organizations to try and bully people into paying for their 'crime.'
It is pointless to try and stop piracy by going after the people doing it legally. Offer people an easy way to watch on all their devices and most of them will stop pirating.
The rest? Who cares. You're not going to make money off of them either way. So who gives a damn.
I brought up HBO because they have the most pirated show in the world 2 years running. And it is their own damn fault. They still don't have a way for people to watch Game of Thrones in an easy way even if they want to PAY for it. The comic strip about trying to a find a way to watch way pretty popular. In the end the guy in the strip had to go to a torrent site despite wanting to pay.
IMO, people should pirate more. Go crazy. Maybe they'll catch on then.
