Buying a phone from a brand new company with no track record was a risk, but with the low price it was one I was willing to take. However now that I know about the quality control issues, the terrible customer support, and Cyanogen cutting all ties with OnePlus making future updates questionable at best I would not recommend this phone to anyone currently looking

Even if you did nothing to brick your phone I still believe your bitterness over what might well be a 'lemon' is way over the top.
RMDJ got a full refund but apparently that isn't good enough. #### happens.
