I've been stat watching a few players with interest in this draft class and Nikita Korostelev has slipped considerably in Craigs new list.
IIRC Korostelev was ranked in the 20's earlier but maybe because he's under 1.5 ppg. Meaning his production has slowed a bit. Still keen on watching him as I think he sounds like a great fit for the Flames. If they could nab him with their 2nd rounder even better.
Another player I've been tailing since the initial list release has been Rasmus Andersson of the Barrie Colts. No Idea why he's fell off of the map but for a D man in his draft year a ppg pace is pretty solid. Haven't read any slights on his skating or his hockey IQ so maybe he could be another decent 2nd round grab if they Flames manage to get another one through trade.
