Sears delivered a washer/dryer to my inlaws. My father-in-law found a scratch on the dryer side. They offered to take it back and get a new one, or just take off $100. He chose the latter.

Buy something from the Brick for $600 and it will last you two years. Buy something from Lazyboy for $1200 and it will last you ten years.

You been to Lazyboy recently? They don't have anything for $1200 other than chairs. They're trying to go high end. I especially enjoy their Kincaid line that's built with plywood, veneers and staples and doesn't even have English dovetails on the drawers.
And yes, the Brick sucks. Why are you even comparing Lazyboy to the Brick? Compare a Lazyboy couch to an Elite couch - the Elite wins hands down. A Hickory Hill couch absolutely destroys a Lazyboy couch - the Lazyboy couch is like a pile of cheap twigs.
