As someone who has been in the "Glencross-haters" camp in previous seasons, I completely agree (with the article). He has played great this season and I haven't seen any of the "poutiness" and not nearly as many dumb penalties.
I think the main difference between me and the rest of the haters is I'm not afraid to be proven wrong. Especially when that means a core player (and more importantly, the team) is having a great season. I feel like some of you haters are clinging so tightly to your previous statements, assumptions, or observations that you're manufacturing all these problems so you can have a gripe with him. You're seeing what you want to see.
Is he a perfect player? Of course not. But this season he has been good, filled a role, and had the right attitude (from the interviews I watched).
There's no shame in changing your opinions or conclusions based on new evidence.
