Also what about hotels, I've stayed at The Flamingo and PH both which were decent but was thinking about maybe trying MGM Grand, Treasure Island, Paris, Mirage or Cesars Palace for slightly more money and something different.

The first time my wife and I went, we were there for 3 nights, and felt it was too short. The next time we were there for 4 nights and that was about right. Could have done more, but didn't feel like we had to get back right away because we missed stuff.
The other two times we went I was at a conference and we stayed 7 nights both times. If it weren't for the conference, 7 nights would have been way too long. The first conference my wife was there the entire time and she was getting bored. The second conference my wife joined me for the last two nights. She felt that she could have used one more night.
I love MGM Grand, I'd recommend that place, but based on what I've heard, you can't go wrong with the other places.
