I was thinking more for electricity - I am on the old flat $.08 per kWh, but saw that the after 06/01/2012 the rate was around $.03 a kWh, so I went to floating for now, instead of the fixed $.08. I'll go back fixed once the rate increases, right now you can quit and resign at $.0779
