Most people have Engelland, Diaz and Smid in the list of Expendables (and rightfully so IMO).
Engelland has been alright on the bottom pairing, is signed to a silly longterm (unmovable) contract and is one of Treliving's first personnel moves. Chances are he's here for the duration of his contract. That's no tragedy.
Diaz is waiver fodder.
Smid is the only one out of that list I could see us realistically move. He hasn't played well enough to cement himself as part of the future, and is enough of a 'name' that I believe we could get a decent return for him from a team desperate for veteran defensive help. Wotherspoon is immediately ready to replace him and would probably be an upgrade, especially long term.
