I think the Eagles will take the best return and not care who it comes from. Tampa has already once paid an absurd amount for a coach, and pairing Mariota with Chip would be a huge jolt to a totally apathetic fanbase (Packer fans outnumbered Bucs fans 3-1 in Tampa a few weeks ago). Bucs owners should have a lot of motivation to get it done.
