He wasn't doing anything illegal, and appears innocent enough, but he was still acting like an idiot, trolling the officers (as was mentioned earlier) and looking for a reaction. "Shoving him" to the ground should be an appropiatte consequence for his actions. Freedom of expression does not mean freedom from consequence, the kid is just lucky it was the police who put an end to this non sense before someone really beat the dickens out of him.
And boo hoo, they called him a name, he got is viral video though so all is good. I'm also suprised that no one else took him down in any of the earlier footage. I would like to know what Ellen thinks of this, for someone who is so anti bullying, she walks a fine line with all her challenges and pranks and what not. You can balme the police, the dancing kid, or Ellen de Rossi for this one.
