But overall, I really think when we host in Canada we should really stick to holding it in markets that don't have NHL teams, and have major junior hockey. They will really appreciate it there. Can't remember if there was any problems selling tickets in Calgary and Edmonton, but we have junior clubs. For fans in Montreal, who breath the Habs and watch top notch NHL hockey, as much as we jones for this tournament, it really is a significant drop in level of play from the NHL, and has many have pointed out, not a price break on tickets. Give these games to communities that will just eat it up, like Saskatoon, Halifax, Kelowna and Kamploops etc...

I read earlier that one of the issues was Montreal is more of a Canadiens town than a hockey town in general
I agree it should be a junior tournament
they make enough money off the TSN rights anyway
