With some of the new development on the lake it's starting to feel more like a center. The great thing is when they have fireworks the view is great as they launch them off from the middle of the smaller side of the lake.
It is a good community for kids but there are not a ton of single people. On my street it is all families with kids but at the same time people have loud parties once in a while and the cops never get called.
