Blade Runner is interesting on an intellectual level as it makes you think about life and sentience... stuff like that. As a film, it is not overly exciting though and the concept has been repeated and improved on since it came out, so it didn't age well in that regard.
It's like watching old horror movies that at the time terrified the audience and now look silly in comparison to more modern films.
