This has all the makings of a trap game. Any momentum from the win in LA is all but gone by this point after a long break, and teams usually come out flat on home ice after holiday breaks. That being said, I don't think Hartley will allow these guys to be complacent just because they had 1 big win. The Flames would really have to lay an egg to lose this game tonight. And I mean they'd have to play their worst game of the year for a full 60 minutes. And I don't see that happening. This is the worst defensive team in the NHL we're going up against. If a guy like Gaudreau has room to skate, he`s gonna have a field day with them.
4-1 Flames.
