I take it you forgot about access into the city via hwy 1? Divided 4 lane highway.

One of the great things about Langdon is the choice of 3 seperate access points into the city (if you need to go in still).... 22x takes you in south, glenmore trail for central and hwy 1 for north.

Services here continue to expand, lots are awesome sized, chestermere is OK too but feels cramped like the city to me. If your friends don't want to drive 15mins out of the city to visit, I would question if they really are friends, lol.
