Actually no that's not at all how it goes. I state an opinion, people insult me, start the first sentance condescendingly and I don't read anymore. I have absolutely no problem supporting a position when the opposite party has respect. If you're going to cherry pick a few conversations where people jumped down my throat and say that's every post that seems mightily unfair but whatever.

Go ahead make sweeping false generalizations because it's my fault people can't have a conversation like adults. Explain to why I should support an opinion when the person responding starts off the first sentence with an insult. I'm all ears.
