That's the problem with having about 20 forwards that are looking to become NHL players at the moment. Not enough room for them all. The best thing to do would be to trade off veterans/NHL guys with a track record for an area of need. Say like Backlund + Glencross for a top 4 defenseman (spitballing ideas, not specifically those two for that return)
Using players that have max value from the depth guys in trades should be the mantra because you'll get the best return. Trading a guy like Jooris won't return you anything with him only having 30 games of NHL experience. Backlund will, Reinhart will on a lesser level.
It's like the Flames have received their entire 2 decades worth of draft talent from 1988 to 2008 since 08. Just so much awesome that it's difficult to know what to do with it all.
