We're not new clients, but I have no issue with Shaw. Other than the fact that prices always seem to be going up, although I'm sure Telus raises prices as well.

I have no issue with the services Shaw provides though. My Internet is always up and no issues downloading or streaming. I can record up to 6 HD feeds at once on my Gateway without issues. I am not under contract and can leave whenever I want.
