Hard to tell. Is it a two pin push in connection? If it is, it should probably have a marking with the base type on the bulb somewhere, or failing that you can measure the pins center to center in mm and that'll tell you the base type. A G8 base has pins 8mm center to center while a G9 base has pins 9mm apart. There are others too:

I've never seen a fluorescent with that kind of base type though. Usually halogen or LED.
