We've passed over the one-third mark of the season, actually.
Over a third of the season and the miserable stats geeks are still claiming it's all some mirage? When does is cease to be, exactly?
Giordano has 75 points in 92 games since October 2013. And a +29 rating. Against top opposition, every night.
That's over a full season sample size.
So why is he 'overrated'? I think it all goes back to same old "well it's Calgary". Which is quickly becoming the dumbest excuse ever, because the team clearly is no longer bad, and no longer irrelevant. Times are changing, new top players are emerging, as is inevitable in any league. These ignorant buffoons need to get with the times.
Great players play even on rebuilding teams.
