In our household we have a number of different platforms that can open Netflix - PS3, PCs, iPads, etc.

I can change the DNS settings on the router to use Unblockus as the DNS service to get the Americanized version of Netflix, but I am not really that comfortable having all internet traffic use that. I realize that I can do it on a device level, but that's a chore and still leaves all traffic from that device going through Unblockus. I don't know if this is a bad thing, unless Unblockus decides to direct us to a spoof'd site, say our banking site or something.

My question is, can we direct only Netflix / Hulu to only use the Unblockus DNS service, while everything else uses our IPs DNS?
