It is infuriating that in a cold country like Canada, and in an age where most of the population agrees that driving drunk is a very poor decision, that a goddamn taxi is so hard to find on a Friday night.

No kidding. I've been to cities around the world and having public transit that doesnt suck donkey Swass or you can get a cab without any trouble makes a huge difference.
WTF is wrong with here?
Calgary is such a huge city that having cabs is a license to print money so put more of them on the fataing streets!
