Isn't parallel parking still tested though? That *should* be more onerous than angle parking like in this case.
I can't fathom how they could parallel park but not get out of this parking lot.
I would also think that if its possible to "pay" for your drivers license in Alberta, that should stop. Driving schools shouldn't be allowed to even issue licenses.
