I'm simply dazzled by the amount of double speak around the word "gate" in that article.

"It's more of a controlled across road."

"Controlled in what manner?"

"Well it's going to have a gate at the entrance of the community"

"Oh so it's a gated community then?"

"Oh no no no, not at all. Think of it more like a fenced off road, but part of the fence opens up to allow access to residents only."

"Dude, that's a gate. You're describing a gate."

"We prefer the term, sliding fence door."
