Well, they do put salt down on the road in Calgary up to -15c and I'm pretty certain the current car I have would have been rusted if I hadn't done the undercoating. Right now it doesn't hav a rust spot on it and it's 6 years old. What they are doing is warranting my car against rust or paint damage by doing this and if anything happens, it's on them, not me. At least that's how they put it to me.
Until I posted it here, I got a positive response from everyone on getting those two things done. I'm interested to find out why CP is so against it?
