Even when he isn't scoring, Glencross is always flying out there. He's probably our best forward on both the fore- and backcheck.
Wideman represented the best and worst of Hartley's call to give the D the green light on offence. On that first goal, I honestly thought Jooris had scored because there was no way a defenceman was crashing the net like that. OTOH, Wideman going for it set up both Duchene's and Tanguay's goals becasue Russell was left completely hung out to try. In both cases though, Russell played the rushes very, very poorly. Then Wideman goes and scores the tying goal. Ho hum, another day at the office.
