I wouldn't call that a problem at all. Nothing wrong with having a beer at night to unwind. Same with a glass of wine.
I used to drink a few days a week, but it turned out I just had too much free time. I think that's what happens to a lot of kids; no responsibilities, large group of friends, every night somewhere SOMEONE is getting banged up. Next thing you know you start wondering if you have a problem, when in fact you need a hobby. If drinking IS your hobby and it interferes with your life, THAT'S a problem.
Now I live in Okotoks, have a brood of children, and would rather go to bed at 7PM, wake up at 6AM most Saturdays, and cook bacon. Hangovers kind of suck.
