Again it's the guilt trip. If I showed up to my mom's house even slightly buzzed, I'd get the "I'm really disappointed" talk. If I show up to my girlfriend's family's house slightly buzzed, I'd get the "Why do you have to drink when you know we're going for dinner" speech. It's a real bummer.
