I'm not dismissing the abuse she got. Dater's a creep and rightfully so got fired.
My issue is with her avatar which attracted Dater and his creepy comments. There will always be someone out there in twitter land that will find it sexually provocative. If she wants to avoid future creep problems it might be best to change her avatar.
