Her picture for her avatar was not done in a manner fitting for a professional or someone looking to gain attention in a professional manner. The photo is attention gaining, but it doesn't say professional at all. There are plenty of other female hockey bloggers whose avatar photos are done in a tasteful and flattering manner, some even showing some skin so that's not the issue. She very easily could have cropped it differently so that her breasts were not the focal point.

Right, and because her breasts are in the photo it's considered sexual and unprofessional by certain standards. And who are generally the people setting these standards? That other women conform at varying degrees to these standards do not make the standards objectively justifiable or true.
