Glencross gives up on alot of plays when the puck is headed back to his own end. Period.
Our Vets need to be leaders. Ala Hudler and Gio, not Glencross.
If Glencross was to accept a 3rd line role and make max 2m per for the Flames, re-sign him. If not, you let him walk and replace him with a hungrier and younger player who hits and has speed.
In fact, I feel that Bouma makes Glencross expendable at this point.
Its not what he scored for UA 2 and 3 years ago. Its what he is gonna do for us in the next 2 to 3 years. Use that money and get another top 3 D or a bona fide top 6 winger.
