Jones will probably be around. He's useful when he's healthy and he can be a real handful for other teams to deal with.
For Glencross, it depends what money he's expecting. As of right now he doesn't deserve a raise, IMO. I've enjoyed his play this season more than I usually do, even though he hasn't produced much. Treliving probably offers him a similar contract to the one he's on, and uses it to gauge Glencross's reaction. If they're really far apart on a contract by the trade deadline he could be asked to waive the NMC.
I think we'll end up seeing him back on a deal with similar numbers to what he's on. The only way he deserves a big raise is if he manages to score 25 goals between now and the end of the season.
