Calgary taxpayers subsidize its operations out of the 1994/5 deal - property assessment is set at $80m. It does not pay municipal property tax. It pays business tax and education property tax to the Province.

Nope, the Feds and Provincial governments paid the full $110M construction costs. The city signed over the operations of the Dome to the Flames when the team paid for the renovations but kept the parking rights and a small rental fee from the team plus the taxes you noted above.
