I find that a more interesting question. Because if you can wake Semin up, he's scary good.

Hell no. Semin is the antithesis of what the Flames are trying to build. Lazy, entitled and huge price tag. Makes no sense unless what comes with Semin is huge and the Flames can dump Semin on someone else, or buy him out.
