If he wants to win a cup before he retires he is going about it the wrong way. One year deals with trades to contenders at the deadline ala Pittsburgh may be his only option at this point of his career. I'm afraid that a three year deal to Colorado is not going to get it done.
If he wants to make sure his kids get to practice on time he might as well pack up and move to Kelowna full time.
